She had a curve in her fingers which got some surgery and some awkward braces when she was younger, some slight oddness in the shape of her face, and then the early grey in her hair. Some theories were that the odd fields and the fog in Lorena caused some minor chromosomal damage. "Either way. I got a nanite treatment to try to cure it. So sedatives or downers or most painkillers shut things down enough to not be worth it."
She hesitates. "It's not you? It's just a pain trying to explain that the rest of me is fine. Just trust me in what I can and can't do?"
