If you want greenish blue - Finland is pale, but there's barely any known deposits. Andean mountains, of course, but it sounds like you want a specific color. Lidavia Kingdom wedged over near Victoria might be closer, but that place has been about to dissolve to civil war for a while.
You've been warned about the fog here, right? I'm guessing your camera's well insulated to handle the electromagnetic pulses, but you probably want to be careful if you have outside tech to bring in. All the color stations on the TV are just about unwatchable right now. It's a bad night.
